Edward Alexander White is an Australian animation writer/director and actor and co-founder of The People's Republic Of Animation. White won an Australian Film Institute Award for Short Animation for The Cat Piano. The film was also shortlisted for an Academy Award for Best Short Animated Film in 2010.
