Who was Einar Sem-Jacobsen?
Einar Sem-Jacobsen was a Norwegian military officer, engineer and aviation pioneer. He co-founded the society Norsk Luftseiladsforening in 1909. He was the manager of Hærens Flyvemaskinfabrikk at Kjeller from 1916 to 1922.
