Who is Elisabeth Rechlin?

Elisabeth Rechlin is a retired German swimmer who won a bronze medal at the 1954 European Aquatics Championships. She competed at the 1952 Summer Olympics in the 100 m, 400 m and 4×100 m freestyle events and finished seventh in the relay. She won four national titles in the 100 m and 400 m freestyle in 1951 and 1952.

Her husband, Wilfried Bode, is a retired German water polo player who competed in the 1952 and 1956 Olympics.
