Erich Konrad war ein NSDAP-Mitglied und Offizier der Ordnungspolizei. Nach Ende des Zweiten Weltkriegs war er erst Politiker in der FDP, dann in der CDU. Von 1963 bis 1970 war er Abgeordneter des Niedersächsischen Landtags.
