Who is Frederick Bathurst?
The Ven. Frederick Bathurst, MA was Archdeacon of Bedford from 1873 to 1910.
Bathurst was educated at Winchester College and Merton College, Oxford. He made six appearances in first-class cricket, representing Oxford University Cricket Club and Marylebone Cricket Club between 1846 and 1849. He held incumbencies at Diddington, Biggleswade and Holwell.
