Who was Georg Weber?
Georg Weber was a German historian. He studied at Erlangen. In 1839, he became a teacher in the high school of Heidelberg, and from 1848 to 1872 was its director. Among Weber's historical publications may be mentioned Geschichte der englischen Reformation; Weltgeschichte in übersichtlicher Darstellung; Geschichte des Volkes Israel; and Allgemeine Weltgeschichte für die gebildeten Stände.
