Who was George Henry De Strabolgie Neville Plantagenet- Harrison?
Plantagenet- Harrison somehow became "Marshal General" in Chile and returned to England to claim the titles of Duke of Lancaster, Earl of Warwick, Earl of Northumberland, and tried to claim the revenues of these ranks. Queen Victoria was amused, and managed to send him to the Tower of London. In 1867, as a geneologist, he was declared bankrupt.
