Who is George Kuntz?
George Kuntz is the head men's soccer coach at UC Irvine. He has held that position since 1994. From 1993 to 1994, he served as the head women's soccer coach at Pepperdine University. From 1988 to 1992, he served as the head men's soccer coach at California Lutheran University. He won NSCAA coach of the year awards in both 2006 and 2008. He led the 2008 UC Irvine squad to a 15-2-6 record, marking the best record in school history. The Anteaters also were reanked as high as 7th nationally, another school record.
