George Arthur Sheltz, is an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church.
George A. Sheltz studied at the University of St. Thomas, graduating in 1971. Sheltz was ordained May 15, 1971. He was appointed Titular Bishop of Hirina and Auxiliary to the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston on February 21, 2012 by Benedict XVI. George Sheltz was consecrated auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston on May 2, 2012.
