Günther Jahn ist ein ehemaliger SED-Funktionär, Mitglied des ZK der SED, Volkskammerabgeordneter und erster Sekretär der SED-Bezirksleitung Potsdam der DDR. Von 1967 bis 1973 war er erster Sekretär des Zentralrats der FDJ.
