Harold Albert Graziano is an American veteran and businessman. He is best known for his achievements in the US Army as well as his work as a 'civilian' in Afghanistan over several years. He is credited as being a member of a very select group of senior Coalition and Afghan leaders that aided the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan reorganize the Afghan military in 2010-2011.
