Hartmut Koschyk ist ein deutscher Politiker.
Von Oktober 2009 bis Dezember 2013 war er Parlamentarischer Staatssekretär im Bundesfinanzministerium. Zuvor war er von 2005 bis 2009 Parlamentarischer Geschäftsführer der CSU-Landesgruppe im Deutschen Bundestag. Seit dem 8. Januar 2014 ist Koschyk Beauftragter der Bundesregierung für Aussiedlerfragen und nationale Minderheiten.
