Who was Henri Bonnet?

Henri Bonnet was a French politician, diplomat, and French ambassador to the United States from 1944 to 1954.

He was a member of the secretariat of the League of Nations from 1921 to 1931. He was Information Commissioner in the French Committee of National Liberation, and the Provisional Government of the French Republic, from 3 June to 9 September 1944. He was named after the official recognition of GFRP States United representative of France in Washington.
