Who is Henry Holmes?
Henry Holmes was an English politician. He was a Member of Parliament for Yarmouth, England from April 1695 until 1717.
He quarrelled in the House of Commons with John Cutts, 1st Baron Cutts in 1697, accusing Cutts of getting militia men in Yarmouth, Isle of Wight to vote against him.
