Who was Hermann Kestner?
Hermann August Kestner was a German composer and founder of the Kestner-Museum at Hannover. He was the son of Georg Kestner, his grand parents were Johann Christian Kestner and Charlotte Buff (who inspired the figure of Lotte in Goethe's novel "Die Leiden des jungen Werthers").
