Who is Hu Zhiying?
Hu Zhiying is a contemporary Chinese artist, doctor, professor, and a member of the China Artists Association.
He studied art in the Jiangxi Normal College, and from 1987 to 1990 studied Chinese Painting in the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts as a postgraduate student. From 1999 he studied literature and art at Jinan University, gaining his doctor’s degree in 2002. He now lives in Guangzhou and teaches at the College of Fine Arts of South China Normal University.
