Who was Hugh D. Riordan?

Hugh Desiax Riordan M.D. was a psychiatrist, electroencephalographer, and former director at the Olive W. Garvey Center for the Improvement of Human Functioning. He was best known for his theory that nutrition and vitamins may be effective treatments for diseases such as cancer. This approach to patient care is known as orthomolecular medicine and is questioned by some of the mainstream medical community. Dr. Riordan is also featured in the International Who's Who in Medicine.
