Who was Jaakko Hallama?
Jaakko Eino Untamo Hallama was a former Finnish Foreign Ministry official, who was the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the politically neutral cabinet of Reino Lehto.
Hallama served as the ambassador to the Soviet Union and Mongolia, Denmark and Afghanistan.
His wife, Anita Hallama, was known for her longstanding relationship with President Urho Kekkonen.
