Who is Jacques Nziza?
Major General Jacques Nziza, also known as Jack Nziza is a military adviser to president Paul Kagame. He served in the current Government of Rwanda as the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence before being promoted by President Paul Kagame. In June 2013, the former Brigadier General Jack Nziza was uplifted to the rank of Major General. He now holds the position of Inspector General of The Rwandan Defence Forces.
