Who is James A. Graham?
James A. Graham is a Luxemburgish-American-Mexican international lawyer, recognized as a specialists on international arbitration and international law, and a Professor of Law at the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon.
He studied law and in parallel political science at Panthéon-Assas University, and obtained his Phd in Law at the University of Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne in international law. He also obtained a Degree in International Relations at the Institut des Hautes Etudes Internationales, and was a Visiting Fellow at The Hague Academy of International Law. In 1996, he was admitted at the Bar School of Paris.
He has law at the University of Luxembourg, and the University of Saarland, and is now an international partner with De Forest.
