Who is James Cullen?
Mr. Cullen was elected to the Board of Directors of Johnson Johnson in 1995 and is the Presiding Director of the Board, Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Cullen retired as President and Chief Operating Officer of Bell Atlantic Corporation in 2000. He had assumed those positions in 1998, after having been Vice Chairman since 1995 and, prior to that, President since 1993. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Atlantic-New Jersey, Inc. from 1989 to 1993. He is a Director of Neustar, Inc., Prudential Financial, Inc., and Eisenhower Medical Center and a Director and non-executive Chairman of Agilent Technologies, Inc.
