Who was James Dickson?
James Dickson was an Irish Liberal Party politician in the era of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. He was Member of Parliament for the borough of Dungannon from 1880 to 1885. He remains the youngest person elected to the House of Commons since the Great Reform Act of 1832.
