Who is James Popple?
Dr James Popple is the Australian Freedom of Information Commissioner. He is also an Adjunct Professor in the College of Law and the College of Engineering and Computer Science at the Australian National University.
As part of his PhD research at the Australian National University, he developed a legal expert system called SHYSTER.
