Who is James Woolridge?

James Woolridge is a retired American soccer defender who played professionally in the Continental Indoor Soccer League and USISL.

Woolridge played collegiately at both De Anza College and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. In 1995, he joined the San Jose Grizzlies of the Continental Indoor Soccer League. In February 1996, the San Jose Clash selected him in the third round of the 1996 MLS Supplemental Draft. On March 26, 1996, the Clash waived Woolridge. He then signed with the Hawaii Tsunami of the USISL where he played until 1999.
