Who is Janusz Jankowski?

Janusz Jankowski is a doctor of Scottish Polish origin.

He graduated from University of Glasgow with MBChB in 1983. He undertook research at the University of Dundee and was awarded an MD and subsequently completed a PhD at the Royal Postgraduate Medical School, Imperial College at the University of London. He is an expert in cancer prevention and has trained at the University of Oxford also gaining a MSc. He has been awarded Fellowships by UK and American Medical Colleges FRCP London, FACG USA and American Gastroenterology Association AGAF.

He has held or is holding Professorships at the University of Birmingham, University of Leicester and Queen Mary University of London. He has also been the Sir James Black Senior Fellow University of Oxford. He has been the Associate Dean for Research at the Plymouth University Peninsula Schools of Medicine and Dentistry, England, UK and similarly the Associate Dean for Research in Health and Life Sciences at Coventry University, England, UK.
