Jared Lee Loughner (pronounced /ˈlɒfnɚ/; born September 10, 1988) is an American who is charged in the 2011 Tucson, Arizona shooting that killed six people including Federal Judge John Roll and wounded 14 others, including U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords who was critically injured by a shot to her head at point-blank range.
