Who is Javier Azagra Labiano?
Javier Azagra Labiano is a Spanish Prelate of the Roman Catholic Church.
Labiano was born in Pamplona, Spain and ordained a priest on July 23, 1950. He was appointed auxiliary bishop of the Diocese of Cartagena, as well as titular bishop of Lacubaza on July 17, 1970, and ordained October 8, 1970. He was appointed bishop of the Diocese of Cartagena September 23, 1978 and retired from the post on February 20, 1998.
