Jean-François Larose is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Canadian House of Commons in the 2011 election. He represents the electoral district of Repentigny as a member of Forces et Démocratie.

Prior to being elected, Larose was a peace officer and a security guard. On October 21, 2014, Larose, along with Jean-François Fortin, the independent MP for Haute-Gaspésie—La Mitis—Matane—Matapédia, announced that they were forming Forces et Démocratie, a new Quebec-only political party dedicated to representing the province's regions.
