Who is Jeff Blackett?
Commodore Jeffrey Blackett is a British judge and former Royal Navy officer. He is the Judge Advocate General of the Armed Forces and the chief disciplinary officer at the Rugby Football Union. He has been a Senior Circuit Judge since 2005. He presided over the Bloodgate scandal, amongst other things.
