Joseph Arthur "Joe" Harrison is an American financial planner from Napoleonville, Louisiana, who is a Republican member of the Louisiana House of Representatives from District 51 in Assumption, Lafourche, St. Mary, and Terrebonne parishes. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the American Legislative Exchange Council, ALEC, a conservative 5013 charitable and educational organization that does public policy research, writes policy papers, and creates model legislation for conservative state legislative members to reference.
