Joel Stepp is a Canadian former professional ice hockey centre who was selected by Mighty Ducks of Anaheim in the 3rd round of the 2001 NHL Entry Draft.
Stepp played five seasons of professional hockey, including 146 regular-season games in the American Hockey League for the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks, Portland Pirates, and Chicago Wolves.
