Who was Johann Evangelist Götz?
Johann Evangelist Götz was a German-Polish brewer, the founder of the Okocim Brewery and father of Jan Albin Goetz and the grandfather of Antoni Jan Goetz. He was one of the first brewers to introduce modern bottom fermentation methods in Austria-Hungary and Poland.
