Who is Johannes van Dalsum?
Johannes van Dalsum was a Dutch tennis player.
Van Dalsum made his debut at Wimbledon in 1953, losing 6-0 4-6 2-6 5-7 in the first round to the Swiss René Buser. At Wimbledon in 1955, he defeated the Pakistani Khawaja Saeed 6-2 6-1 6-4 in the first round, but lost 3-6 3-6 6-2 6-1 6-4 in the second round to the South African Ian Froman. In 1956, he lost at Wimbledon to the Australian Graham Regan, 3- 3-6 6-1 6-8, and in 1957 he lost in the first round to Briton Tony Pickard, 0-6 1-6 2-6.
He played for the Netherlands in the Davis Cup.
