John A. Cadigan was a political candidate in Wisconsin. In 1924, he was a candidate for the United States House of Representatives from Wisconsin's 11th congressional district. He lost to incumbent Hubert H. Peavey. In 1930, Cadigan was an unsuccessful candidate for the Wisconsin State Assembly, losing to K. J. Callahan. He was a Democrat.
