Who is John Danilovich?

John Joseph Danilovich is a CEO and Chairman, former senior United States Government executive, distinguished diplomat, and ambassador. He is currently Secretary General of the International Chamber of Commerce. Danilovich was the Chief Executive Officer of the Millennium Challenge Corporation from 2005 to 2009. Prior to his appointment as CEO of the MCC by President George W. Bush, Danilovich served as the United States Ambassador to Brazil, United States Ambassador to Costa Rica, and was on the Board of Directors of the Panama Canal Commission, chairing the Commission’s Transition Committee prior to the transfer of the Canal to the Panamanians. Danilovich has been active in the international maritime industry for several decades and has held numerous executive positions in the private sector including Member of the Executive Management Board of Atlas Interocean Shipping Group and Partner and Consultant with the Eisenhower Group.
