Who was John Patteson?
John Patteson was an English Tory politician. He sat in the House of Commons from 1802 to 1812.
He was elected at the 1802 general election as a Member of Parliament for Minehead in Somerset. He held the seat until the 1806 general election, when he was returned as an MP for Norwich. He was re-elected for Norwich in 1807, and held the seat until his defeat at the 1812 general election.
