Who is John Rogan?

John Rogan is an Irish actor who has appeared in many films and TV programmes over the past thirty years. Rogan was born and educated in Waterford, Ireland and was best known as a stage actor in many productions ranging from Shakespearean plays to musicals and contemporary drama. His full CV in the theatre is formidable.

He is the cousin of author/music critic Johnny Rogan, well known for his books on rock musicians.

Rogan received acclaim for his role as Mr Carroll in The Dawning, and that of Professor J. Shakeshaft in the children's TV programme Weirdsister College.
