Who is John Slade?

ITema's COO John Slade has managed very rapid growth in a startup enterprise. With military officer training and 30 years of entrepreneurial business experience, he has the leadership, management skills, and personal drive required for a start-up business to succeed. Slade has created and driven value added reseller (VAR)-based software distribution channels and controlled global sales of horizontal market products. He was a co-founder of Blackbaud, (NASDAQ:BLKB), a vertical market software provider, where he developed the sales, marketing, human resource, and customer service departments while also being involved in product strategy and development. Slade served as VP Operations during the formation and initial funding of GWE Inc., a Mississippi Corporation that acquired a public shell corporation (OTC:USSE.PK).
