Jonathan Hopkin Hill, Baron Hill of Oareford, CBE, PC is a British Conservative politician who served as Leader of the House of Lords and previously as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Schools.

Hill is a former lobbyist, PR consultant, special adviser to Kenneth Clarke and a Number 10 adviser to John Major.

The United Kingdom Government put his name forward as its EU Commissioner in the first Juncker Commission on 15 July 2014, and relinquished his Government duties.
