Who is Jonathan May-Bowles?
On July 19, 2011, Jonathan May-Bowles attacked Rupert Murdoch with a foam pie as the media mogul gave evidence about the News of the World phone hacking affair before a UK parliamentary select committee. The protest resulted in May-Bowles being sentenced to six weeks in jail by the City of Westminster Magistrates' Court in central London on August 2.
