Joseph B. Willigers was the Roman Catholic bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Jinja in Jinja, Uganda. His episcopal motto was De petra melle, Psalm 81; 17.
Ordained to the priesthood in 1955, Willigers was named bishop in 1967 and retired in 2010.
