Who is Josh Barrow?

Josh Barrow is a multi-sport athlete who has competed in both winter sports of bobsled and biathlon. He is currently sponsored by Gold's Gym Northwest to participate in local events to prepare for upcoming military competitions.

Barrow is a certified personal trainer through AFPA and has received athlete benefits from Hammer Nutrition, Gu, and Rossignol ski gear. He is the managing partner of a professional services firm, J-2 LLC, and is currently consulting in the telecommunications industry. He also serves in the National Guard and resides in the greater Seattle area with his family.
