Who was José Vidal?

José Vidal was an Uruguayan football player who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics and in the 1924 South American Championship. He played as central midfielder

Vidal was a player of Belgrano Montevideo most of his club career. From 4 November 1923 to 9 June 1924 he capped in 7 games of La Celeste in which he scored 1 goal. Also, he was a part of Uruguayan team at 1922 South American Championship and 1924 South American Championship, but he didn't play during these tournaments.

He was a member of the Uruguayan team, which won the gold medal in the football tournament of 1924 Summer Olympic games.
