Klaus Helmut Paul Bartl ist ein deutscher Jurist und Politiker, war SED-Funktionär und inoffizieller Mitarbeiter der DDR-Staatssicherheit. Er ist seit 1990 Mitglied des Sächsischen Landtags und war von 1990 bis 1994 Vorsitzender der Fraktion Linke Liste/PDS.
