Who was Lefty Guise?
Witt Orison Guise, nicknamed Lefty Guise, was a professional baseball player. He was a left-handed pitcher for one season with the Cincinnati Reds. For his career, he did not record a decision, with a 1.17earned run average, and 1 strikeout in 7⅔ innings pitched.
An alumnus of the University of Florida, he was born in Driggs, Arkansas and died in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 59.
