Who is Leif Axmyr?
Leif Bruno Axmyr is a Swedish criminal who is on a life sentence, having been convicted for the murder of his former girlfriend Ulla-Britt Jakobsson and her male friend Tommy Larsson in May 1982. Tommy Larsson was the stephson of Swedish politician Allan Larsson. During a furlough on May 29, 1982, he committed the two murders that would later extend his sentence to life imprisonment.
Since 1997 he has been the person who has been imprisoned for the longest time continuously in a Swedish prison, As of 2014 totaling 31 years, 151 days.
