Who is Maral Boyadjian?

Dr. Maral Dikran Boyadjian is a Doctor in Educational Leadership, an Educational Psychologist, a Certified EMDR therapist, an author and University Lecturer of Armenian descent. She is also a board member of the Lebanese Psychological Association and is deeply involved in Counseling and Spirituality. She is a Canadian citizen by immigration, where Canada became a new homeland for her and her family as a result of the Civil war in Lebanon, her birth country, that had become homeland to her grandparents in 1914. Her grandparents had fled their own homeland Western Armenia as a result of the Armenian Genocide of 1915 perpetrated against the Armenian people of the Kingdom of Cilicia. Armenian victims numbering 1.5.000.000 million were brutally massacred in the hands of Ottoman Turks between 1915-1918 in what are known as the occupied lands of Western Armenia. Today, Turks deny having committed such crimes although eye witnesses have written books about the horrific sites they have seen. Turks claim the occupied lands of Western Armenia as part of today's modern Turkey, although the treaty of Sevres states otherwise.
