Who is Mark Followill?
Mark Followill is the play-by-play announcer for Dallas Mavericks television broadcasts. Followill had previously been the radio and play-by-play voice for the Mavericks on 103.3 ESPN Radio. In 2012, he will split play-by-play duties for FC Dallas games with Jonathan Yardley. Earlier in his career he was the play-by-play announcer for the SMU football team. He will call play-by-play action for college football telecasts on FSN.
Twice in his career he won the Texas Associated Press Award for the best play-by-play broadcast in 2004 and 2005 and once the Katie Award for Best Play-by-Play Sportscast in 2002.
