Who is Moritz F. Kircher?
Moritz Kircher is a physician-scientist with formal training in both clinical radiology and molecular imaging research.
He received his medical degree and doctorate from the Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. He completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School (where he also served as chief resident), as well as subspecialty training in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) at Stanford University. He pursued postdoctoral training at the Center for Molecular Imaging Research at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School (with Ralph Weissleder) and at the Molecular Imaging Program at Stanford (with Sam Gambhir).
