Syedi wa maulaya Aaliqadr Mufaddal Bhaisaheb Saifuddin is the second son of Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin 52nd Dā‘ī l-Muṭlaq of the Dawoodi Bohras. Syedi wa maulaya Aaliqadr Mufaddal Bhaisaheb Saifuddin is also the Mansoos to the office of Da'i al-Mutlaq of the Dawoodi Bohras after Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin. He is one of the four Omara' of Al Jamea'-tus-Saifiyah.
